    The slow system control consists of:

    - Pfeiffer pressure gauges
    - one dsPic board running an embedded firmware
    - one high level PC application

     

    The dsPic acquires the pressure value from the Pfeiffer gauge, in digital format (RS485), and controls the state of the vacuum pumps and gas mass flow controller.
