    The slow system control consists of:

    - Pfeiffer pressure gauges
    - one dsPic board running an embedded firmware
    - one high level PC application

     

    The dsPic acquires the pressure value from the Pfeiffer gauge, with the Pfeiffer protocol working on RS485, and sends the pressure to a high level PC application.
