Participation in the ITER project
Summary and highlights of research achievements
| The integration of the Intelligent Platform Management Controller (IPMC) module based in the Intelligent Platform Management Controller Bus Protocol (IPMB) in several IPFN ATCA modules was started. The hardware integration is done. The communication with the Shelf-Manager is established and the software protocol of the IPMI standard developed in the IPMC module is almost fully tested. This includes the power management protocol between the IPMC and the Shelf Manager needed for hotswap feature in the ATCA modules.
